Terms and Conditions

The object of the current Terms and Conditions is the online sale of products through the e-commerce service on the website yourbestperiod.com

The owner of the website is Friendly Project di Pauletti Caterina & C. S.A.S (Your Best Period), legal address: Via degli Zabarella 59, Padova PD 35121, REA 454235 il 02/10/2019.

Prices

All the prices are VAT included and they do not include shipping costs or taxes. Shipping costs might be charged to customer and they will be shown on the checkout page.

Before the Customer concludes the order, in the checkout page they will see an order summary, including products prices and shipping charges.

The Contract

The contract is considered stipulated when we confirm the authorization to debit the Customer's credit card for the price and any costs for transport and delivery.

Confirmation and dispatch of the order by the Customer, according to the instructions contained within the site itself, implies the Customer's acknowledgment and full acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

Website Usage

1. Order

The Customer can only purchase the products present in the online catalog at the time the order is forwarded online to yourbestperiod.com.

2. Products

The product page may not be perfectly representative of the characteristics of the product itself, this potentially for reasons not dependent on Your Best Period, but on the partiality of information on the product. All descriptive and informative material on the site is intended as a simple generic information material.

3. Confirmation

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Your Best Period through an email confirmation, sent to the email address supplied by the Customer when ordering.

This confirmation message will contain all the data entered by the Customer, date and time, information about the main characteristics of the goods purchased and shipping costs. The Customer is obliged to verify this information and communicate to Your Best Period in a timely manner, by email and at the appropriate address in the "Contacts" section of the site, if there is any problem in the order confirmation email.

Payment Methods

Your Best Period offers the opportunity to pay online via PayPal or Credit Card, using the Stripe payment system.

Return Policy

1. Return Times

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform Your Best Period of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration sent by e-mail to [email protected].

2. Refunds

If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the payments of the returned goods that they have made to Your Best Period will be refunded, excluding delivery costs. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction.

3. Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal

The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation); the shipping costs related to the delivery of the goods are charged to the customer from the time of shipment until the arrival of our warehouse; if the package and/or the original packaging are damaged, Your Best Period will deduct from the refund a percentage, in any case not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

4. Refund Times

Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Your Best Period will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from the return of the goods.

5. Specifications

In any case, the Customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

Shipping

1. Shipping Time

The maximum processing times for each order are 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and delivery times are 48/72h on working days, excluding holidays. The delivery times reflect the information received from the courier, any delays or discrepancies are to be attributed to the courier himself.

2. Receiving of Goods

Upon receiving the goods, the Customer must check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the order confirmation. In case of discrepancies it will be the Customer's responsibility to communicate them to the email [email protected], within 1 day from the delivery date, under penalty of forfeiture of asserting their rights in this regard.

3. Issues

If the Customer refuses to collect the ordered package, or delivery is not possible due to lack of availability of the Customer or wrong address, or the package remains in the warehouse with the courier, the Customer will be responsible for paying the outward costs, storage and return of the shipment.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Best Period is the owner or licensee of the Website design, text, graphics, and software. The use of the Website and its contents does not guarantee you any rights with respect to our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property of third parties with respect to it.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, publish, transmit, register, exploit, modify, communicate to the public or distribute in any way the web pages or materials on the Website or the computer codes of the elements concerning the Website for use other than personal use. Therefore, non-relevant extracts of the content in question can be downloaded for viewing purposes, provided that no more than one copy of any information is made.

Applicable Law

These General Conditions and any and all contracts entered into with the Customer are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the application of EU legislation and international treaties, when applicable, as well as national consumer protection legislation.

For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, validity or effectiveness of these General Conditions and any contract stipulated with the Customers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer will be competent, if located in Italy.
