Yes, we do offer free shipping as shown below. The shipping is calculated on the paid amount, so it excludes coupons and/or discounts.
Delivery times are a sum of processing time and shipping time.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes from the confirmation time by sending us an email. After this time, we won't be able to cancel you order.

You must return the items within 14 days, starting from the date of delivery. After the 14 days period, returns will be rejected.
2. What's your return policy?
We accept returns for all products in our shop, if they meet the following conditions:
1. The products have to be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts
2. If the products have no packaging, they have to be intact, with no signs of usage like stains or smells
We reserve the right to not send a refund, in case we receive the items in different conditions from the ones indicate above.
In case the package and/or the original packaging are damaged and can be replaced from us, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund a percentage as a contribution to the restoration costs.
Please note that the return shipping costs will not be refunded.

3. Wait for the refund!
Upon the arrival of the returned items, we'll check to see if everything is in good conditions, as specified above. If everything is ok, you'll receive the refund within 14 business days since the delivery date at our warehouse. The refund will be sent to the payment method that you used to place the order.
