  • 1. Why hasn't my package arrived yet?

    The processing time of your order is 3 business days and the shipping times are 48/72h for Italy and Europe

    If this time has not elapsed yet, this means everything is fine and you just have to be a little bit patient.

    If these times have passed, then there may be a problem with the delivery. In this case, contact us at [email protected] indicating your order number and we'll be happy to help!

  • 2. How can I track my parcel?

    As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive two emails: one, in which you'll see we have completed your order and the second one, in which you'll be able to see the tracking code of the parcel.

    If you logged in your account before processing the order, you'll be able to track it in your Personal Area as well.
