This relaxing infusion was made to help you relax and sleep: a mix of herbs and fruits creates a vanilla flavoured infusion.
A perfect drink for the end of the day, or for a simple break: it contains a mix of valerian, rooibos, chamomile and hemp.

How to make it: use 1-2 teaspoons for 250ml of water and leave to infuse for 4-8 minutes at 100°C.
